We want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. We also require the unboxing video showing the product that you have received. 

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging materials must be included.

  • The product should be in the same condition as received.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • A wrong item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details

  • Images/videos showing the issue + unboxing video

  • Packaging condition (if damaged)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product protection reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or special offer products (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Product damaged during delivery

MYKISO will assist with the return process.

For other return requests, return shipping charges may be applicable.

6. Replacement Policy

If a replacement is approved, the replacement product will be shipped after the returned item is received and verified.

Replacement availability depends on stock.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
